About the Home

Opting for clean and uncluttered, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a double coffee machine and a French press for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Inspired by Delaware’s charm, we designed this home to feel stylish and comfortable. Choose from four themed bedrooms — each one artfully designed for a unique experience with all of the comforts of home. The sleeping spaces display the works of local artisans. The living spaces complement the contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Colors are bold and neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light during the day. At night, you can have a restful nights sleep with blackout curtains.

Kitchen and Dining Areas

Prepare dinners using our fully stocked kitchen with spices, double oven, and 4 burner stove with a warmer. Appliances include blender, hand mixer, rice cooker, toaster, and electric kettle. 

The kitchen area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. The breakfast bar – with 4 barstools – makes a great “kids table.” The open dining room comfortably seats 6. This open floor plan won’t leave anybody out!

Bedrooms

Each bedroom pays homage to the culture and heritage of Delaware. 

Rehoboth Suite: Features a serene view of Rehoboth beach. This room has a king bed.

Dover Room: Features historical landmarks throughout the state including Legislative Hall. This room has a full bed.

Lewes Room: Features the famed Lewes Lighthouse. This room has a full bed.

Wilmington Room: Features artwork by a local artist of a few of our favorite places in Wilmington. This room has two twin beds.

With four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Three bedrooms share the hall bath and one bedroom has a private bathroom. Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses, luggage racks, blackout curtains, and full length mirrors. In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in the bedrooms. 

Home Office

Our fully-stocked home office allows you to work while you rest. The office includes a desk and seating for two, a printer/scanner machine, and basic office supplies.
